: High schooler Jin Kaito, who grew up in Tokyo, continues his "observation" of fellow student Monaka Yatogame. Monaka is a cat-like girl who proudly uses a thick Nagoya dialect, helping Jin (and the audience) learn about the local atmosphere and rivalries with other regions like Chiba and Saitama.
The third season features the return of the main cast along with new faces representing different regions.
