He had spent weeks sketching a scale model of the Ananda Temple, but he had hit a snag. The standard paper he used for his smaller houses was too thin for the grand spires he envisioned. He needed something with "bones"—sturdy, ribbed, and ready to withstand the weight of his imagination.
