It is revealed that Riri has been exiled for developing personal feelings for Anzu and using magic to intervene in the Yukana situation. A new Cupid named Kate arrives to replace them.
Anzu manages to see Riri (now in the human form "Rio") and thanks them for making her life better. By declaring that there is a chance she might make Rio her boyfriend, Anzu triggers a Cupid law that prevents Kate from separating potential lovers, allowing Rio to stay.
The season ends with a new condition: Anzu must choose a boyfriend before she graduates high school, or she will lose her "three great desires" (video games, chocolate, and her cat Momohiki) permanently. Where to Watch
