Right-click the file and select "Open with WinRAR". This lets you browse the internal folders and files like a standard directory.
If you want to see what is inside without fully unpacking it (which is safer if you're suspicious of the file): look.rar
Right-click the file, select 7-Zip , and then Open archive . This provides a "look inside" without moving files to your hard drive. Right-click the file and select "Open with WinRAR"
