You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, attempt to purchase, or possess commercial tobacco products.
The age requirement applies to all commercial tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco, and snuff.
It is also illegal to sell tobacco-related devices, such as rolling papers or pipes, to anyone under 21. Rules for Retailers
