The episode concludes with the arrival of Emi’s companions from Ente Isla, who are confused by the strange alliance between the Hero and the Demon Lord. Despite the chaos, Maou decides to continue his life in Japan, returning to his status quo at MgRonald's.

The confrontation quickly turns violent as Lucifer attacks the group, critically wounding and blasting a hole through Maou’s chest. To protect the public and regain his power, Maou intentionally transports everyone to a crowded highway bridge.
