The emulator does not come with the PlayStation 3 operating system. You must download the latest PS3 System Software Update (the PS3UPDAT.PUP file) from the Official PlayStation Website .

Use 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract the contents into a new folder on your desktop.

The best way to get started is to download the emulator directly from the Official RPCS3 Website .
