Click the icon (a downward arrow) at the top right of the preview screen.

If the file downloads without an extension (just named "file"), manually rename it by adding .mp4 to the end so your media player recognizes it 0.5.9 .

Ensure your device has enough space for the video, as large MP4 files may fail to save if storage is low 0.5.5 .

Right-click on the video file within the chat and select "Save File As..." to choose a location on your computer.
